Simplification of Gang Model of a Hybrid Photovoltaic Thermal System for Power Generation and Heat Conservation Using Phase Changing Materials

This study designs a hybrid system which is made up of photovoltaic
panels, heat pipes and phase changing materials for the purpose of
power generation and heat conservation. A mathematical model was
established to accurately determine the performance of the hybrid
system. Through the model, the operating parameters such as the
photovoltaic panel temperature, power output and waste heat could
be determined for effective implementation.
